Like the alenda robot, we generally require the welding gun to keep 45 degrees from the welding plane °～ sixty ° Left and right, the line with the weld is also kept at 45 °～ sixty ° about. But the premise is to let the welding gun avoid welding products and positioning tooling. Bad welding posture will affect the welding quality mainly because of two aspects: one is poor gas protection, the other is poor wire feeding.
Improper gun position will lead to poor gas protection and gas hole in welding; Improper gun position will also make the wire feeding in coaxial cable too bent and the wire feeding is not smooth, which will lead to uneven and intermittent weld. If the above phenomenon occurs in the welding process, although the gun posture is not the only factor, it is also one of the key points to be investigated.
